Business Registration
LLP Registration
Limited liability partnership incorporation with a well-drafted LLP agreement, filed with the Registrar of Companies.
A limited liability partnership under the LLP Act, 2008 combines the flexibility of a partnership with limited liability for its partners. It needs at least two designated partners, at least one of whom is resident in India, and it is a legal entity separate from its partners.
Incorporation is filed online with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the LLP agreement must be filed within thirty days of incorporation. The chambers drafts the agreement — capital, profit sharing, admission and exit of partners, decision-making — and handles the filings and annual compliance guidance.

It depends on your plans. An LLP has lighter compliance, while a private limited company is usually preferred if you intend to raise equity investment. The trade-offs are best weighed against your specific situation.
